2. Can it cause allergies?

Our jewelry is made from high-quality 925 sterling silver, which contains 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other alloy metals. All items go through strict quality checks to ensure they are safe, non-toxic, and gentle on the skin, helping to reduce the chance of allergic reactions.

 

3. Warranty period?

We do not offer an official warranty period. However, if you experience any issues or have questions about caring for your jewelry, please feel free to reach out. We’re happy to help in any way we can.

4. Do sterling silver products tarnish?

Sterling silver does not tarnish easily, but it can oxidize over time. This is normal and can be easily cleaned using the polishing cloth included with your purchase.

5. Do you deliver products to other countries ?

 

We currently ship to Hong Kong, Mainland China, Taiwan, Macau, India, Japan, South Korea, and several Southeast Asian countries, including Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore.
