Shipping

The normal order will be shipped within 1-2 days, and the order that includes preorder items will be shipped within 7-14 days.

Once your order has been packed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the delivery details and a tracking number.

For orders that include pre-order items, the entire order will be held until the pre-order item is in stock. Once the pre-order item becomes available, we will ship your complete order, including both pre-order and in-stock items, together.
